Good shop, very helpful, though it would be nice to see a few multi-buy deals like you get in a lot of shops. Koala Drool is by far my favourite juice from here. Definitely worth a visit.
Amazing shop great selection of e-liquids to try before you buy. The store itself is bright and clean. The stuff in store had time to help me find the right vaper for me to use aswell the right e-liquids for me. This is one of the best vape shops I have been to and will be telling everyone I know this is the store to go too. 10/10
Best vape shop I've been in. Bright, clean and well laid out shop. Staff are always helpful with any questions you have and always have time to give you a hand with anything you need. Highly recommended to both amateur and long term vapers.
Great vape shop, definitely best in Horsham and I have tried them all. The customer experience is great and the guys know their stuff, as a soon to be ex smoker it's the only shop I have been to where a They have been where you have and b They really take the time to get you the right set up and talk you through everything.

Had a pleasant surprise entering the Horsham Ecigwizard store. Walking inside It was nice to be greeted by Ayden behind the counter. First class customer service and a good laugh. As a newcomer to vaping he was extremely patient helpful and knowledgeable. I felt special when he said he would throw in a shortfill bottle of liquid worth £14.99 for free, until he told me he offers this to everyone that buys a new kit Haha. Anyway definitely be visiting again and highly recommend.
My partner spent £60 on an e cig, for a present for me. The tank was leaking and didn't tighten up properly. Took it back and he refused to do anything, because it was after 48 hours of purchase. He offered to sell me another tank for £20 though. Not impressed at all, shocking customer service.
Went in two days ago and asked for something sweet, the guy at the counter recommended a juice and sold it to me. Absolutely disgusting. Says he is hooked on it, must have no taste buds at all!
I bought my first Vape yesterday from here. Great support, fantastic Blueberry liquid and a fantastic vape, brilliant shop and a brilliant guy who helped me....... love it!!!!
Great range, great prices and very helpful, friendly staff. No pressure to buy. Best vape shop in the area!
