Perfection. Bed was so good I didn't want to get up! Owner absolutely wonderful and food of a very high standard.

New owners since 1 week. Doing a marvelous job. We had the golden room. Very good super king size bed. Large luxurious room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was superb. Very friendly host. Chilled our own wine. High price but was it worth.

Traveling in U.K. 18 days and this is ultimately the best B&B we experienced! Alison and Les (owners) made the breakfast from fresh natural ingredients and from scratch. Best scones ever ! Room and property immaculate. Very quiet set back off the road, beautiful gardens. Breakfast conservatory on back of home all windows and natural light. If traveling to Ballater this is the only place you need to stay. Short walk to town centre and restutaunts.

No 45 is a lovely old house. Room was beautiful, staff couldn't do enough and breakfast was great. Couldn't fault it.
