Don't get caught out by the returns policy like I did! They only offer exchanges or credit notes..... Having supported this business during lockdown by making purchases online, I was finally able to pay a visit to the shop having seen a couple of things I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I wanted, but the sales assistant offered the next size up - I said that I would need to take them home to try & I made my purchases. A week later I went to return my purchase as they unfortunately didn't fit, which is when I discovered that their policy is only to offer exchanges or credit notes - NO REFUNDS. I am disappointed that this wasn't made clear at the time of purchase. I clearly said that I would need to take the item home to try given that it wasn't in the size I really needed - if the sales assistant had said at that point 'are you aware of our returns policy?' - misunderstandings could have been avoided. There is a ridiculously small sign, partially obscured, resting on top of the radiator in the shop that details the returns policy for items purchased in the shop - annoyingly if I had purchased online, I was told that I could have returned the items no problem - go figure! The sign is not possible to read from the till point and should be at least as big as the sign advising you of the limits for card payments etc. I really wanted to support the local high street, but I'm afraid this has left a bit of a bitter taste & I won't be returning.
I bought my Mum some gorgeous Angel earrings as her Dad my Grandad died and I couldn't be there for the funeral as I was away in Australia. The owner was so helpful, even getting her husband to personally deliver the earrings for me. Fantastic service going well over and above, and my Mum loved her earrings. Thank you. Xx
Fantastic little shop. Some beautiful and unique clothes and jewellery. The owner is delightfully friendly and has been full of tips for things to do and places to go we recently moved to Market Harborough. A great place for birthday and Christmas shopping! A gem on the high street.

What a fantastic shop. Just the right amount of stock, doesn't overwhelm and yet still gives lots of choice. Great for outfits and gifts,, I always find something or more than one something to buy. Extra bonus is the owner, helpful and fun.
This is such a beautiful, full of great things and positive vibes shop! The most beautiful shopping experience ever!
