absolutely terrible service, had my Nan call up for 2, 8 inch pizza's which where suppose to be buy 1 get 1 free, he ended up charging her £10 for 2 6 inch pizzas as they where measured, not to mention the absolute terrible phone service they barely understand English, they had to get 3 different people to actually get the order right. it's not fair for the elder citizen's who are getting ripped off with delivery. absolutely disgraceful we are waiting for the man to give us our money back for the pizzas as we DO NOT want them.  THIS PICTURE HERE FOR ONE PIZZA WAS £5, NOT WORTH IT DO NOT BUY HERE THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES THAT WILL DO A BETTER DEAL for a better pizza.

I can't believe how they can charge so little and yet have one of the best pizzas around here!  Everyone that I recommended just loved and become their N°1 Pizza too!

NEVER AGAIN!! I will never spend my money with No1 pizza again!!! The pizza is "ok" burger bun was soggy i imagine they poured lemon&herb sauce over it instead of cooking it in the sauce but waiting and hour and a half for delivery when ordered at 6.30pm on a Monday no courtesy calls/emails nothing! I phoned to see where my food was after an hour and the guy said 5mins away it wasnt and then to top it all off being charged a delivery fee when I made a £24 order and only live 2miles away! If I want mediocre pizza I'll get it somewhere else

I placed an order at 9:15 via Uber eats estimated delivery was between 10:20 - 10:40 absolutely no contact I ring after 10:40 to be told driver is on the way! Still nothing by 11:00 ring again to be told they only have a partial post code and delivery driver has been driving round for an hour and can’t find the address?! So as I said to the lady on the phone did no one think to contact me on the mobile number I provided for full address? Or even before sending the delivery driver out to ring me / request from Uber eats / message me via Uber eats for details! The lady puts the phone down! Who turns up 5 minutes later the delivery driver!! So he found it without me providing the “missing” post code and assured me no he hasn’t  been driving round for an hour! However, food is cold and driver can’t get back in his car fast enough! Never dealt with such unprofessional customer service! Much better pizza companies trust ratings on google not Uber eats!

I called at 22:15 ordered my food. It took 3 people to speak to me before someone could understand. It took 25 minutes to arrive. Up on opening the box I noticed one of the wings were missing a little meat but I brushed it off thinking it probably stuck to the pan   U continued eating and came to my last 4 wings. I noticed one of them had no meat apart from one end and the other had been eaten clean. No grissle on it at all.  I immediately called to explain and it was difficult because I kept being spoken over. I explained what my suspicion was and I was told by the manager something along the lines.." yeah we all eat and put it back" so I replied *are you saying your giving customers old food? No reply.  I'm not impressed he said he would track my phone and check cameras. I've called 2 times since and he wouldnt answer if I would get a new batch of wings. I've called 4 times since 12:25 as soon as I asked for the manager they hung up and wouldn't pick up again  I'm not impressed. I refuse to eat food that has been tampered with. I expect a refund or free meal. All I wanted was a new batch of wings simple. Why would I go through the stress if I was lying??

Always order from Number 1 as the Pizza is the best! Wish they could get order right! Got full flavour Coke instead of Diet for Diabetic! Also get strange call saying we haven't eaten yet but did so hours ago! Come on Number 1 stay on top!

Whilst the pizzas are really nice, plenty of toppings and goes right up to the edges... The delivery side of things needs looking at! The last couple of times we've ordered - we've been told 45 mins to an hour and still been waiting after an hour & half! Every time we've rang to chase it up after an hour, we're told "it's on its way"! Ask again how much longer, they tell you 10-15 mins. And you're still waiting after another half hour! Better off collecting it yourself!

Good evening. I have had food delivered from you this evening. However i am not happy with the costomer service not food i have recieved. I order from you quite frequently.  Upon ordering i accidently clicked the halesowen store and susequently my order was cancelled.  However it was only after an hour of waiting and phoning yourselfs that i was told it had been sent through to the wrong store and therfore my order had been cancelled.  As this was my error i accepted it however feel it is very poor customer service for someone not to have informed me they had cancelled my order as they had my contact details.  However 20 minutes later i had a knock on the door and ny order had arrived. Reluctently and rather annoyed we accepted and paid for the order. The food was cold and not very well cooked and was partly wrong. 5 minutes later another knock at the door came and the delivery man said we still owed him £3. His recipt was different to that on my email recipt for the email. I refused to pay this extra money as this was 1 and half hours after ordering.  Needless to say i am not impressed by your service ir food this evening. I have ordered from you many times before an not had a problem. But this evening i am very disapointed and will think twice before using your services again.

There was nowhere else was open so i grabbed a chicken burger. Poor quality, not warm and definitely not value for money. Still hungry but i waited until i got back home. My first and last visit.
