The younger two family members that work there are extremely rude and intimidating and after receiving my last rude insult today (following many snarky comments over the years) I have decided not to shop there anymore. The lack of customer service in the younger two is a discredit to the exceptionally friendly family owner and his eldest son, who are lovely to deal with.

Really friendly and helpful and good range of products. Also this is now a NISA shop rather than a costcutter
