Ok where to start ! This salon gets more and more ridiculous.! The manager has no communication skills and she's so disorganised. Before booking my appointment I've asked her if she has the color I need in stock in which she replies "Yes yes". She says to go in at 10:30am. I rush to get there the next morning only to arrive and the stylist isn't even there!! In walks in another client who also has an appointment at 10:30.! Hmmm one stylist two clients! So anyways the stylist arrives 10mins late and she says they don't have the colour I want and she'll send out another lady ( On her day off) to go get it from the local shops near by. Making me wait while the other client gets seen to. ( my patience test gets started) Almost 11:30 the other lady arrives with no hair color because they have it in stock !! Confused much??? So when it comes to doing the color there was so much uncertainty between the two stylists as to how to get the colour right. A test on my hair was done and it was way to dark to what I liked. Because of their hestitation, the dark color they made and nothing being done by 12pm I told them to forget about it all !! This isn't the first time I've had poor service!! The salon itself is very dirty inside you'll see hairs on the floor and dirty mirrors and tables. Wow!! Such a disappointment today and a waste of my morning!! Im sure I'll find a better professional place who know what they are doing when it comes to looking after their clients!!

I had my hair done keratin and cut it was amazing experience and they are so professional and friendly also last 4 years I'm always there

Chez is great. She's quickly become my regular hair dresser!....give her a go and decide for yourself.
