The best gel nails I have ever had done in 20 years living in London. Exceptional! Done with pride, skill and precision. Everyone who works here is extremely welcoming, intelligent, warm and friendly! It is a treat and pleasure to come here every month and I always look forward to it. I have recommended to friends and will continue to try and bring everyone I know! Couldn’t recommend highly enough - I love this place.

The most professional service you'll ever get. Staff are warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I literally will not go anywhere else for my beauty treatments since finding this salon.

I went one time for a hair cut and highlights the stylist who didn't really understand English did the hair cut ok then I came for a few highlights and was given foils all over my head making me pretty well all blonde , I was devastated. Maybe they can do beauty treatments well but they need a stylist who can communicate with the customers. They are totally unprofessional and I do think the health inspector should go in there and they need to explain how they wash there tea cups it does make me feel ill. My husband went in and got half of the money back I paid as I didn't want to say anything at the time as I was upset. Don't go in there if you want a good experience would not recommend to anyone.

The lady was nice, was my first time getting eyelash extensions done. She was finished within 30minutes - quite quick. I was happy with the length and volume. However eyelashes on my left eye are already starting to fall out only 2 days in! Disappointed. Probably wouldn't go back here to do my lashes.
