Excellent service from Ryan - he fixed our front door which wouldnt unlock, now it locks with ease. Prices were given before work started, so no surprises and was very reasonable. He was very Professional, and gave some good advice, which save us money on new door handles. Would definitely recommend.

Needed two window handles replaced as couldn't open windows. Ryan was the most reasonably priced and easy to communicate with. My partner dealt with Ryan as I was working but he said he's a "top guy" and did a great job. We have functioning windows again ready for warmer months! Thanks again. An unexceptionally brilliant service from beginning to end, and yeah, with locks there's never an end. Finally have my peace of mind since they've been servicing our locks. The longest call out time was 20 minutes, always came with a quick and long-lasting secure solution. Highly professional, friendly, helpful, sophisticated, and very understanding in delicate situations, and above all there is no call out charge. He's giving the best pieces of advice too you can ever get even he if he ends up making less or nothing. If he happens to work nearby, he wouldn't charge for a quick fix. The best, the cheapest, the quickest and the most reliable in the Greater Manchester area. Gone thru many locksmiths and spent a lot of money with them whereas I could've saved money and stress had I known them earlier. Wish there had been more stars to rate them!
Ryan is an absolutely wonderful guy and came out for free to fix my lock and did all of this in about 45 minutes. Didn't have time to boil the kettle! Door is now working perfectly and don't have to replace it as suggested by previous builder.
I locked my keys in the garage like an idiot attending to a burst pipe, HL came highly recommended and with the reviews on Google I called them out, the locksmith was very professional and friendly and the price to replace the lock was, in the end, great! No additional charge, 2 sets of keys, and 12 months warranty - I'm super happy with the work and will not be locking my keys in the garage again. I recommend them highly.
I can't stress how happy we were with his service,it wasn't for us ,it was a neighbour who had to fly home because of her poorly mother.ryan came sooner than I thought,even though it was Xmas he fitted a temporary lock and came back the next day to refit the door and put a lock on. He kept the price low because of the situation,did a brilliant job and also very pleasant.i would use him again in a heartbeat.
