What can I say, stay clear of this company at all costs, took me seven days to get a new key, made endless phone calls, they told me endless lies, never phoned back, couldn't even take my phone number correctly, gave false information to the locksmith who thought it was a different type of key to what we had told them. Only because I dealt with the locksmith only in the end did I get my key. You have been warned, if I could give no stars I would.

Brilliant service, polite and professional locksmith who came out within 1hr to get back in my house after my son dropped my keys down a drain 😳 (must remember not to give him my keys to play with again 🙈) both locks changed quickly while me and my 2yr old son sat in the locksmiths van to keep warm. Can’t thank you enough highly recommended company

Was really suprised with the bad reviews for this company. I locked myself out of my car with a baby at the services (baby brain) The weather was awful and this was the only company to help me. The auto locksmith was very friendly and even gave me £3.00 to get a coffee from the services as I'd locked my purse in. The price of locking yourself out can be costly but thats emergency services for you and I'd rather pay that than freeze with my little girl. Thank you so much it's good to see there are some companies out there that are still happy to help. Highly recommended

Terrible company and terrible service, we called them when we had a problem with our car and they assured me that the key was at fault and they could help us out no problem. Asked for a £50 deposit over the phone and the rest would be paid to the locksmith upon completion. The locksmith arrived and he explained to us that it was not the key at fault and then asked for £80 call our fee that he said we should have had this all explained to us. The locksmith informed us that Extreme Locks are always doing this with customers, not telling them about call out fees, that the prices are plus VAT and assuring people that it is a key problem that can be solved without hesitation. Now I’m down £130 and still no further forward with my car. Absolute con artists at their finest, left feeling robbed.

Called the company who subcontracted the job out to another company in my local area. They took at £50 booking fee from myself, which we were told that would come off the total bill. We were quoted £x for a call out and £x for the part. We then got contacted by the company that were supposed to come out and fix the lock saying that they could not do the job for the price I was quoted as it was the weekend. I called Extreme Locks to inform them that the job could not be done. They then investigated and told me that they had made an error with call out charges. Once this was resolved the subcontracted company came out and fixed the door very promptly, however did charge me for their work. I contacted Extreme Locks as I was informed that the £50 booking fee would be deducted from my total. When I phoned back they had changed their story and it was on top of the other Fee. They were very unhelpful when I called back and they are not on top of their facts and figures regarding call out charges.
