I booked the Nightsafe bistro for a mobile cocktail making session for a special function in October as they were highly recommended from family members. My guests had selected their drinks in advance and were looking forward to it. Despite paying my deposit in advance I was told the day before that they would have to cancel due to staff sickness and my deposit was refunded. They informed me that they weren't able to provide any staff to replace the staff member who was off because their priority was to staff the bistro. I was therefore left to try to make alternative arrangements the day before my function which added a huge amount of unnecessary stress (and additional cost) due to being left short notice. I was also informed over the phone that I would receive a written apology for which I am still yet to receive. Although there were unforeseen circumstances I was extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of professionalism and do not feel like they are equipped to function as a mobile service.

We went for the early evening menu which was amazing. We had two different soups of the day which were both extremely tasty and two different main courses which were both equally delicious and filling. The staff were all friendly, lovely and happy to have a little chat. The food was tastey, filling and great value for money. I would definitely recommend the night safe bistro to anyone in the area as it was great value for money, the food was of extremely high quality and the staff were great. We will definitely be back when we're in the area again!

Always good food and good service. The cocktails are great too. Need to book though if you want to eat here.
