Recently purchased a mattress last minute from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It is evident to me that the quality of customer service, superb quality of products across all their portfolio is exceptional and at very reasonable prices. Definitely the best go to furnisher in Cumbria for my money. Superb in every way.

Called in looking for a bedroom chair. Nigel was extremely helpful. Bought a top quality chair at a great price and it was delivered same day. Highly recommended and will certainly buy from again.
This "family" business are a gisgusting set of bully's, I am an armed forces veteran and after leaving the Army and becoming homeless, I was homeless with a wife and child for 8 months. We reached out to a military charity who agreed to pay for the carpets. I put a £500 pound deposit after being quoted and promised they would definatly cost no more than £1000. But this disgusting con artist firm then made a new "quote" for the charity which came to £1800, one morning his useless son came with a colleague who was equally bad at his job saying they had the all clear from charity and they had payed and carpets where ready to be installed. After a rushed job absolutely awful not kicked in properly, gripper rods exposed! After a few months we where contacted by Nigel saying the charity hadn't paid as he had installed before they had agreed on a price etc. When he realised he couldn't bully this charity for the money he has now turned his attention to my family threatening to smash my door down threatening my pregnant wife, posting fake County Court Judgements! This man is pure evil! All this and we had just lost a child and this man new all of this and yet he has persisted to try and push us for the money when we did nothing wrong! So I would advise you to tread very carefully with this awful company.
Bought sofa and chair from Nigel yesterday and they delivered it today it looks fabulous and so comfy very pleased with my purchase
Terrible white van driver and a danger to us all on the road. Presumably delivering goods, I'd be surprised if it arrives in good condition
With out doubt the best furnisher in Cumbria. I could not be happier with the excellent service.
Good quality bed at a very reasonable price along with friendly and efficient staff

Very impressive great service from start to finish, local family firm going the extra mile great value for money. Also the carpet fitters were really helpful cleaned up all the mess and hovered up lads just cracked on really happy will definitely use again and highly recommended. Massive thanks to the whole team. A very very happy customer.
