I went to see Nicola for a recurring lower back issue in late February. Nicola listened to me and took great care to investigate where my pain was and explain everything to me in easy to understood terms. Nicola gave me different rehab each time to tackle my issues and by following her guidance in between appointments we got there eventually! Nicola is warm, empathetic and makes sure you understand what's going on at all times. I highly recommend her
With just two visits, Nicola has shown me how to resolve several issues with strength and mobility in my knees and hips. She is clearly highly experienced in her field; but on top of that, her communication skills and manner put me at ease and instilled me with the confidence to carry out the required exercises as prescribed. The addition of a link to print out the exercises further ensured success. I am particularly pleased that just six weeks of the daily routine has restored my ability to walk up and downstairs without pain - and without needing the handrail.
Following the birth of my daughter I experienced significant lower back pain which was severely limiting mobility. Strong prescription painkillers did very little. Nicola was absolutely amazing and even after the first session I was beginning to notice an improvement. Through a series of exercises and support, Nicola got me back on my feet and within a month I was walking again and able to carry my daughter as well as exercise. I cannot recommend Nicola enough. Extremely professional and a lovely setting too.
I was referred to Nicola by local GP practice and she had previously helped my daughter. Given the extent of trauma I was suffering, Nicola created a time slot to see me and greatly helped with explaining what my issue was. Her expert opinion was very similar to what the highly paid consultant told me a few days later so her knowledge is clearly second to none. Nicola has the perfect balance of being both personable and highly professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
I went to see Nicola with significant lower back pain which was really affecting my life. Nicola spent time working out the cause of the pain and constantly monitored and amended her treatment and the exercises she gave me to make sure they were continually effective. She explained everything clearly at each stage and my condition has improved significantly. I would definitely recommend Nicola to others.
Nicola is friendly and helpful. She delivers her treatment and advice in a very pleasant, accessible, easy to understand way. I have seen her for three different problems now, and each time she is reassuring, optimistic and has given me a few very specific, effective, easy to follow exercises which have got to the root of the problem and sorted it out. I have every confidence in her knowledge and expertise. I have already recommended a few friends.
Nicola has once again worked her magic! Nicola has managed to resolve a problem with my neck that was causing debilitating side effects. Nicola's practice is extremely Covid safe. Nicola is an excellent physiotherapist who takes the time to listen and understand the condition presented.
I can't recommend Nicola highly enough. She helped my daughter with a hip problem which was seriously impacting her mobility, and now she is doing wonders with my shoulder pain. After just 2 sessions the difference is unbelievable. Wonderful. If you are worried about safety measures, Nicola is absolutely following all the right protocol with a visor, mask, washing hands, wiping down surfaces etc. I feel very safe visiting her.
Nicola has helped me with two problems, a hip and then a shoulder issue, both of which have been effectively resolved with exercises and hands on treatment. I have recommended friends to her who have also had the same very positive experience. She is realistic about what can and cannot be done but has never yet, in my experience, been unable to either resolve or at least relieve symptoms significantly. Her experience and knowledge mean she can often find the root of a problem and therefore treat it much more effectively than just symptom relief. Always with good humour and positivity and a real care for those she treats.
A friend recommended Nicola as I developed neck pain, dizziness and nausea. Went for an assessment which was thorough and informative. I was able to understand when and when not treatment was viable. After 4 sessions, exercises and lifestyle changes I am recovering. Recommend Nicola without hesitation.
