Nicky always makes me and my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. Nicky talks through what she is going to do before going ahead. A last minute appointment, we were grateful she could wash, trim and straighten my daughters hair ready for starting a new year at school the day after. Nikki is amazing. She was so kind and welcoming during my first time at her salon. I had a wash, blow dry, straighten and a trim. She talked me through what she would do and also advised me on how to look after my hair and things she’d recommend based on my hair journey. I left the salon looking and feeling gorgeous. Absolutely love coming to this hair salon. Relaxing and super professional. Appointment only, so you know your slot is for you and you don’t have to worry about the salon being too busy or your service being rushed 5***** dedicated service.  I started my natural hair journey here and wouldn’t trust anyone else. My teenage daughter also comes here, for all her hair goals and treatments.  Nicky the salon owner is overly trained and her knowledge and advice impeccable.  Step by step we have cared superbly for my hair and I can confirm, this salon isn’t scissor happy. They take off only what is needed to keep your hair in super condition unless you ask for more off.  I always book my follow up appointment, before I leave. This is due to the exceptional service and the high return of customers old and new.  My hair always feels healthy, strong and amazingly glossy - only place to be is Nicky’s Hair Boutique

Wow wow wow! I thoroughly enjoyed watching the process of my own transformation. It honestly wouldn’t have been possible without Nicky. She took the time and gave great attention to detail when not only constructing my half up half down sew in. But she also took out my old bundles, washed them, washed and blow dried my hair and literally got me right! Couldn’t recommend this clean, aesthetically pleasing salon enough! Much love

I’ve been natural for 9 years and have never let anyone straighten my hair for fear of my curls disappearing. Nicky was amazing with detangling and talked me through the whole process and my hair looked amazing!! I went to see Nicky in 2022 as I wanted a silk press , nicky was lovely and also shared a few tips on how i can care for my hair better! Nicky did a really good job especially with how much hair I have.  I will definitely be going to nicky in the future for treatments and a silk press :-
