Great product, good price. 60 x 38mm brass flap hinges are an exact replacement for the 40 year old corroded hinges they are replacing, screw holes and all. Quick delivery. Fair P&P charge. I'm delighted.
As always the locks arrived well packaged and on time. As always the locks are very good quality. As usual the prices are very fair. It's easy to buy cheaper, inferior locks but if something needs a lock surely it's worth spending a few bob more and using a decent one from a highly reputable supplier. I stumbled upon Niche Locks a few years ago and they instantly became my go to guys. Knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Had to get a lock repaired for my desk. I don't know if the repair would be considered reasonably-priced or not because I've never had something like this done before and I didn't bother shopping around. It's true that I could've had a brand new lock for a very similar price. But the dimensions of the new locks were slightly different to my own within a few mm. This meant I may have had to spend some time and/or cost modifying the desk. But by having my old lock repaired, I was assured it would fit the desk perfectly. The repair was done quickly and seems to be very solidly done. Would absolutely use these guys again.
I have never thought of leaving a review as I have always been too busy but now I nave retired I have more time. Over the years I have bought loads of locks from this company. I have spoken to the staff when I couldn't find what I needed and they have always been polite, professional and at times funny but always come up with the goods. I have looked elsewhere but never needed to go elsewhere. thank you for your service and friendly advice. I had a dresser with three locks and one key, that my gandaughter managed to snap off! After sending a couple of photos, Craig at Niche Locks advised me to post the broken key and two locks. I recieved two serviced locks and three keys withinin a week. All locks now fitted each with a key! and working perfectly. Quick initial response, brilliant customer service and excellent all round service. Thoroughly recommend.
I was very impressed with the service from this company. Having placed my online order for an item late invtge afternoon, it was delivered by fedex before 10 a.m the very next morning.
