Got a sausage supper, the chips where as rubbery as the sausage was, first time there, it will be the last, the owner seems to care more about the money, that they do about the food / customers. Unless your leaving good reviews..

The food here is good, and staff seem to concentrate a lot of effort into cleanliness of cooking and serving areas. The shop will probably pass any inspection, however this is to the detriment of customer service. On a recent visit the order was supplied wrongly, mistakes can happen, however this was not the first such event that I experienced this issue. Interestingly though as with each of my previous experiences the result of this mistake was an over charging of £12 on this latest order. Is this a way to operate an outlet? If you use this shop be sure to check your order is correct before leaving and that you have not been over charged for what you recieve.
They do a good battered sausage supper. Able to place order then sit in car as they give you a disc and when order is ready it makes a noise to notify you.

I ordered sausage supper .. chips were 100% but the sausages sadly were very undercooked They looked cooked but raw I never went in to inform the staff as I had left the town I have had good food here in the past Next time I'll try something else ...
EXCELLENT FISH AND CHIPS, the fish was pure white the chips was excellent that's the way the food should be, if fish is an of white and a strong smell of it when cooked that means its not fresh, but nibblers was 100 %, and the wee girl that served us was so friendly, on 8/5/2020 2.30pm, we will be use using this shop from now on, WELL DONE
Battered fish was rock hard, could hardly cut through it, and when I did, there was virtually no fish in it, all batter, chips weren't cooked properly, still nearly raw in the middle, so they weren't even warm
Food not great and worst chicken fillet burger ive ever had.
Ordered by phone told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later and paid then had to wait a further 30 minures for my order, with people who arrived after myself being served. Service the worst I have seen and it wasn't that busy either in Markethill. Ordered at 5.20 received order at 6.10.
