Got a beef fried rice there was hardly any beef in it ..... Complained got another one was still the same and freezing cold tight with meat and portions getting smaller won't be ordering again poor service ...... Horrible had long black in my duck in plumb sauce, it was definitely from the takeaway coz it was in between the duck & the coating
If I could give it a -100 star rating then I would. Worst takeaway I have ever ordered from. Waited 2 to 3 hours for an order that they said would take 1 hour, even though I live close to the takeaway. After 1 hour and half I then phoned back and they said they hadn't even started cooking it yet. The staff are so rude, no apology at all. When it finally arrived the food was disgusting, stale prawn crackers, horrible tasting chow mein. Just over all, disgusting. Really don't know how ni hao are still open. Looks like I'm not the only one saying this, looking through other reviews. Trust me, if you order from these you will definitely feel that you've wasted your money. By far the WORST TAKEAWAY EVER.
Love this place great food speedy delivery and good price
During a weekend away in a remote cottage, we ordered a meal for 7 people to be delivered. The order taking was efficient, the delivery drivers had a nightmare finding us but kept in touch by phone and despite the problems, the food remained piping hot, the order was exact, the portions were a good size and the food delicious. Would definitely recommend this takeaway and wish it was closer to home.
Had a few orders from here and gradually getting worse and worse. Sick of them forgetting items when delivering so started collecting. Still missing items when collecting and then telling me to pop back and collect the item! I'm 3 miles away with a part meal already dished out for the family!!! Went to collect while in tier 3 of a covid pandemic thinking measures would be in place but nope. The takeaway was full of customers. Some with masks and some without. Staff not wearing masks and brushing past me. I went to collect my food at the time I was told only to be told another 10 minutes when I got there. I said that I will wait outside as I don't feel safe in the takeaway with the amount of people in there. They just wasn't bothered. Must have been 8 - 10 customers in a tiny waiting area with 3 staff members floating around. Will be using Kings Garden from now on.
First time I have been to this takeaway, at 6pm in the evening . I ordered and waited outside for it. Customer service was very good and friendly and only waited approx 10 minutes, even better was the fact that the staff member brought it out to me! Food hot and tasty and Sedona will go again.
After ordering i was happy with waiting An 1hour for the delivery... But 90mins and still no food?
