Recently tasteless, samey food across the menu, filthy front of house and rude, cocky response to a reasonable notification that a portion of the order was forgotten. (TL;DR) Ordered from here for years as it’s the ‘local’ Indian on Just Eat, and it used to be great. There was a bit of a wobble when we collected once, as the front of house was filthy, but we overlooked it and stuck to ordering. Recently the quality has gone a bit down hill too, lots just tasting the same (still, was our best option for convenience). However, tonight they forgot a portion of the order, clearly printed on the receipt. Not really a huge issue we thought, we will just ring and let them know. It’s at this point we have decided to avoid using in future, as the man that answered the phone was very rude. It was ‘not his problem’ they forgot it, and he even mentioned the fact that we order a lot, as if to imply we would continue to order as if nothing happened. Very bad judgement on his part, as this was the final straw. They just lost future business, and looking at recent reviews on Just Eat we aren’t the only ones.

Just had a curry delivered first time and the last time...... still hungry after the tasteless curry as the tub was less than half full
