Aviva couldn't afford the Mountain of Doom package, so went for the MI5 Ominous Faceless Fortress package instead.  This building was bought by you, so you better like it.

Used to be the top tier of customer service, but they will now do absolutely anything to avoid talking to their customers. Completely impossible to speak to anyone no matter which number you ring or which buttons you press. How those who don't have internet access go on with this company I don't know. Kwik Save levels of service for Waitrose prices. You might as well go to a cheap firm because you won't notice any difference in the level of customer service.

They never seem to answer the phone, no matter what time of the day you call.

Take ages to answer phone. My Theft Claim has been on going for 5 months and no response has been given, my vehicle was not repaired. Still waiting for them to get “back to me”. Absolutely furious.

Dreadful customer service, drip fed information and taken a month to do what could have been done in a day. Never able to speak to the faceless so called Customer Services Director - Hugh Hessing. Never use this useless, inept morons. I am almost destitute and starving because of these morons and their lies - born out by The Department of Work and pensions.

Been using these for years with no problems. Would certainly recommend trying them out

Very reputed and customer centric insurance company. Definitely feel like they keep customer at heart. They go out of their way to help policy holders
