The NFU Mutual used to be brilliant. The Salisbury and Wareham branches have merged and since then it's a nightmare dealing with them. I had an annual review before Christmas 2017 with the intention that changes to policies would be implemented by the end of the year. It is now the 3rd of April and nothing has been implemented since then and I get incorrect invoices sent to me.Furthermore I get no coherent response from them them as no one person is dealing with my case. I must have at least 10 policies with them so you would have thought I would get better treatment from them. Hugo Stewart
