I contacted Forces Health and had excellent customer service and communication from the first instance. Christian was extremely patient with my queries and was always willing and able to call me when it suited me.  The products available are great and saves me over £75 per month then going to Bupa Direct.  I definitely recommend Christian at Forces Health!
