I am experienced in having to deal with insurance brokers over the past 45 years, I have never been so impressed and continue to be so as I am with NFU You  discuss your requirements with someone experienced, someone that knows what they are talking about and best of all someone who you get on first name terms with as opposed to a computer or dear I say it "a child"who is simply box ticking. Its like private insurance without the huge extra costs associated with it. I have my all my cars, both businessnd  personal including classic cars  insured with them plus my house building and contents bespoke insurance  oh and tagged onto that bespoke holiday insurance. Anjie is great, takes all the headaches out what would usually be an aggrevating process.

I have been using the Hemel office for many years to insure my house and my horse box. Annie usually manages things for me and is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Service is great when getting quotes or making a claim. Also can’t recommend the horse box breakdown cover enough. Only needed it 3 times in 14 years but each time was amazing service.

This is my second year renewing my car insurance with NFU. I would like to thank Anjie Wilmerson for her polite, helpful and excellent service she provided me in renewing my newly purchased car insurance last week  24 February and resolving my query  regarding credit when my previous car was sold and removed from my account.
