Understaffed, didn't seem to care, quite rude and the woman I spoke to I could barely hear, booked to have my wife added to the account, this is not out closest branch but went with them as they had an appointment when we off, a rarity... but couldn't accommodate and rebooted for the following week without a phone call so turned up and for nothing... will be closing my account with them and moving my money elsewhere, to someone who actually wants my business!

My experience with this branch is not good. I been here for my mortgage there was no one for customer service. I have booked my appointment for mortgage application but looks like they don't care.
