The staff at Next in Guiseley are all very helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Karolina. I had an issue that needed sorting and she went above and beyond to resolve it. Another special mention goes to Ashley, who is always so helpful, happy and smiley!
Next is ok withca good selection of children's cloths but I can never find what i want in Ladies wear.
Excellent service. The staff member went out of her and went to search for an item which was possibly in stock upstairs. Really pleased with the service and item. Great staff
Just had a pleasant experience thanks to Leo at Next. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my order. I didn’t read the small print, so totally my fault, but he had a smile on his face from start to finish, even though he was so busy helping all the customers who did things the correct way. He still managed to make my day so much easier and prevent me making another trip to collect my items. True customer service and a credit to Next. Thanks Leo.
When I went to collect my microwave today , I watched 4 customers before me collect there items & not 1 was asked for I.D & when my microwave came I was not asked for I.D either , that’s a major concern for me because anyone can collect items from the store. This is the policy of Next but it is not being followed. Staff need to follow there own policies or this can create issues.nThe product I got is good & that’s the only good thing I can say about this store.
