Just had a pleasant experience thanks to Leo at Next. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my order. I didn’t read the small print, so totally my fault, but he had a smile on his face from start to finish, even though he was so busy helping all the customers who did things the correct way. He still managed to make my day so much easier and prevent me making another trip to collect my items. True customer service and a credit to Next. Thanks Leo.
Very rude man on womens changing rooms. When asked a question, didn't look up from whst he was doing and gave a monosyllabic grunt in response. Clothes I intended to buy went back on the rails. Add to that, the sizing of clothes this year is ridiculous. Going elsewhere where they understand good customer service
We visit Next based at Guiseley regularly. It always has upto date stock for both ladies/gents clothing that is constantly changing, current and upto date. Next clothing price structure is reasonable and affordable. It always has current fashion with a good varied size choices. We often order online and our orders are delivered and ready to collect the following day. We must praise member of staff Ashley who is 100%. His customer service, one to one, personality is 100%. Ashley with a big smile, recognises and acknowledges regular customers and extremely friendly.
When I went to collect my microwave today , I watched 4 customers before me collect there items & not 1 was asked for I.D & when my microwave came I was not asked for I.D either , that’s a major concern for me because anyone can collect items from the store. This is the policy of Next but it is not being followed. Staff need to follow there own policies or this can create issues.nThe product I got is good & that’s the only good thing I can say about this store.
Ashley Bramley was excellent. He dealt with my problem that I was having with an online order that Next had apologised for by sending to a wrong address. Cannot thank him enough for he's patience and for turning my situation around so quickly. A real asset to your team, very professional and people person he was in dealing with my issue. Wish Ashley all the best.
