I bought an iPad few days ago and it is faulty. I don't have the receipt and they are asking me to get them the printed receipt which they forgot to give me and the shop manager is not helpful to resolve my issue.

Hi arrive to collect a reservation item @ £25.99 to be informed item was now £32.99 one day after reservation but the member of staff said as I reserved the item at first price that's what I'd pay I had to joint a queue as all cash card machines we're not working then issued collection number after 196 which passed and into 200 plus I asked another member of staff where my item was still in warehouse then another member of staff asked for my order I finally received my purchase after 20 minutes and as the store wasn't packed with shopper's this seems an overly long wait for my purchase as there was ample racks to put reservation into why don't all revered item be placed into racks so on request the customer can be given his purchase in a reasonable time scale poor experience from Argos 😕

The lady who helped us at Guiseley was so knowledgeable and we got a new tablet. Great experience.
