Served by a very rude member of staff today, asked me to slow down reading out the order number which I did then said I was talking too slow with the next code number. I explained I had slowed down as she asked me to and I was told she didn't like my attitude. Forced to apologise 'I am sorry please can I have my parcel' before she would collect my parcel. Placed the parcel on the counter and walked off. Remaning staff very helpful. Result of this I will no longer shop at Argos Guiseley I will take my business to Otley.
Very helpful staff who sorted a replacement for a faulty coffee maker. Very quick service as the store was empty as it usually is these days.

I was served by helpful staff today. The manager Katie R went above and beyond and helped me get my item to the vehicle as I was unable to carry it alone. Thank you very much for an exceptional service!
Absolutely foul customer service. The staff were so obstructive and offensive. I had actually a return with a manufacturer fault reference, but before I even got that far I was told by Ben “I’m not going to do anything about the return, you can’t just buy it at home, try and return it - which is the very right you have under the Consumer Credit Act. I actually have autism and the staff were being particularly unhelpful and triggering, mainly Ben who proceeded to be personally verbally offensive towards me, and then refused to serve me when I retaliated after being triggered by his behavior, despite him starting with the name calling. Ben definitely needs some upskilling on basic customer service and some equality and diversity training - his behaviour was disgusting and his colleague wasn’t far behind. They refused to then give me the other goods I purchased and asked me to leave the store in front of the other customers. Eventually I had my good lobbed on the counter and I left. I went to another Argos store who processed it no problem and was very helpful, explaining that Bens behaviour was out of order and he could have gone further to support me. I would avoid this store if possible, the staff are below par, triggering and borderline discriminatory.
