Fantastic well stocked place. It has its own grooming parlour at the back and a well established veterinary practice..its nice to see owners bring their dogs in..and there's a bowl of free biscuits at the counter for a treat! They sometimes do "show and tell" for all ages. They will also order anything that's out of stock. They do have fish for sale...Rabbits..mice..rats...guinea pigs... NO Kittens/puppies .

Never order furniture from next. 
Bed ordered 4 weeks ago. Waiting for a call re delivery so I called next. 5 times to be precise. Finally got to speak to someone who informed bed won't be in stock until 5 Jan. Cancelled order. Need it for Christmas Then I am told it will take 10 working days to get a refund. They then agreed to 5 working days for the refund. Never again. From now on I am going to stick with John lewis.

Shocking today!! Queued at ladies wear to purchase item and collect a parcel. Wouldn't allow me to collect parcel there.  So went to children's wear only to be served by the same person who was on ladies wear!! had to queue twice!! no apology. Complete jobsworth and that was a manager!!!!! Come on Next sort it out!

star lost to having a small men's range.
star lost to never having common and regular sizes in stock. 
star gain as friendly staff always patient and ready to order your size in
star gain for good location easy to get to
star gain good quality on clothes 
star gain store is kept clean
star gain for good presentation on the small men's section you have.
