I have always found the Next outlet store to be really good when I have visited. The clothes are of the high quality you'd expect from Next, but the prices are cheaper since it's an outlet store. I've bought some really nice t-shirts from this outlet and they've lasted for a long time. I really like the Next fragrances too. The staff on the till are really polite and friendly - they make you feel like a valued customer. The only gripe I have about this outlet store is that the stock is quite tightly squeezed into the store, which can make it a little difficult to walk around at busy times.

I always find what I'm looking for here at a great price. I tend to be in this shop once a week, buying, collecting online orders or returning items and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. A few times I have gone to collect a few large items and they have let me round the back with my car into the staff area and a member of staff has come out to help me load my car up. You certainly don't get customer service like that everywhere and that impresses me as I can see that they are always really busy but will still take time out to help little old me!

Good place to go for relax and shopping. I been few time there and I can say is good and special when they have very good offer. I buy many things but I hope to go soon with my family. thanks.

Great prices available for clearance lines but you may have to search through racks to get what you want.

Wheelchair accessible entrance but hard to get round store as very crowded. Seems worn out and not very clean. Prices don't seem that much cheaper than proper Next stores and some stuff is poorer quality made just for outlet stores.
