Staff was very helpful give some advice was very representative. I got the advise I needed. No one smelt of BO.
Incompetent staff. Never answer the phone. Failed to support my claim correctly and got me blocked out of receiving NEA payments. Avoid these clowns! Travel to a different Job Centre.
Ignoring the politics behind Universal Credit/benefits etc as that is not the fault of the people working here. I recently went in to my first meeting, I had high anxiety, but the person that dealt with me was understanding and very helpful to get me comfortable enough to calm down and go through everything step by step. She didnt have to, but it was good customer service and not something you get at every job centre, hence my high rating.
To many immigrants smelling of BO and shouting, the staff I've interacted with have been great and as helpful as they can be. My old coach was really nice, my new one good but Megan is awesome at her job.
Incompetent staff, uninformed about their own way of functioning. Incredibly rude and incapable to explain to the individuals coming in what's the process etc.
Been getting really good support whilst off work and having baby. Megan is a star!
