What a beautiful building, all the staff were friendly and helpful, all the officers I encountered were extremely helpful, but the best people were the lovely ladies in the canteen. Thank you for the training in civil contingency preparedness and I hope I get to come to HQ again at some point in the future. =:
Outside of the London met this has to be the most dishonest police force in the UK. Now officers lie, embellish, falsify and make up stories to suit themselves and to establish convictions when there is no truth. They also insure that you are unable to complain about them by refusing to allow you to submit a complaint, which therefore means you’re unable to get this reviewed by IPCO, another organisation that is effectively a chocolate fireguard. My most favourite experience is been hospitalised due to the excessive force used by them, which once more all parties involved refused to allow a complaint to be raised. This is in spite of it being documented with the offices with Professional Standards with the regulators and they’re being medical evidence. How proud it must be being an officer here, and how thrilled the new chief superintendent must be standing by allowing this to continue.
I rate 5 as for a long long time, Iv had a few incoherent, not bothered kind of way manner of a couple of officers over the yrs But when I had a situation I needed help with bit to be understood I was so pleased when PC Michelle Gee & her colleague came I was soo nervous but it was almost like talking to a proper human who showed & understood with Empathy was more like chat with friends than an question-Answer over agen Thankyou x

Typical poor GMP - catching easy to find criminals but not interested if they actual have to do some detective work, also blame victims of crime, the whole force needs an overhaul due to the amount of bad eggs.

The telephone number says it’s not the right no When you phone it!, how are we supposed to get through? Use 999 ?. All that money spent so they can work in luxury!, Yet they can’t pay to fix the phones!?.

Officers here do investigate crime they are not one sided. Front desk staff are polite and helpful
