We are delighted with Newton Fallowel. Peter impressed us on our first meeting with him and came up with an effective marketing strategy. Charlotte ensured that within the first day of the property being on the market we were inundated with viewings and communicated these with us immediately so that we were able to prepare the house. Once the house had sold (for above asking price), Zoe was fantastic in pushing through the sale, always keeping a clear line of communication to ensure the sale ran smoothly. Our house sold (STC) within a week and we exchanged seven weeks later. We couldn't ask for more from this fantastic team. Easily the best estate agents in Oakham!

Peter and his excellent team will have to name Zoe for going that extra mile, after being with two other local agents we then went to Newton Fallowell what a difference. Would recommend that you do not contemplate using your valuable time go straight to Peter and his team. Many Thanks John / Denise

The service was excellent in that I was always contacted before a visit ,the staff member responsible for the viewing arrived promptly on every occasion and normally within 24 hours I received feedback. Two individuals expressed serious interest in purchasing the property but did not meet the Guide price, which was at a sensible level. In the event my daughter, who had expressed an interest in the property prior to my instructing the agency, sold her property and purchased mine. Peter Ledger was particularly impressive and constantly monitored the progress of the marketing of the property and accepted the situation vis a vis my daughter without a quibble. I would strongly recommend the agency

Peter Ledger, the Sales Manager at Newton Fallowell Oakham branch, was extremely proactive in helping a very challenging conveyance to finally succeed. Without his quiet, but determined intervention behind the scene, it could have fallen at the last hurdle. Peter is very ably assisted by Zoe and Charlotte who were extremely helpful and professional in their own right. Phone calls were returned spontaneously, and e-mails replied to forthwith. Both Peter and Zoe kept me informed on a regular basis. This ensured we were both briefed on the latest developments. They allowed me to have all the carpets cleaned and chimney swept prior to moving in which meant these were two jobs we didn't have to worry about later. We felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. Newton Fallowell (Zoe) were the only ones who actually rang to congratulate us on completing. All in, a very professional Manager supported by some very able staff, with integrity. Highly recommended. H J Smith BA FRGS

The team at the Oakham office made the process of our house sale extremely easy. They were efficient, friendly and professional. When there was an issue they stepped in with a solution and we are very grateful for all their help.
