I chose Moores to sell my property because of their local knowledge and national reach. They kept me informed regarding the sale of my home at every step and I believe that they achieved a price that was acceptable to both me and the purchaser. An excellent service and, most importantly, a service that achieved an appropriate sale price. Highly recommended!

My experience with Moores was just brilliant. I was buying a home and everything they did from start to finish was top class and highly professional. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone i know who needs an estate agent.

Although I wasn't selling through Moores I was in regular contact as a proposed buyer. Their service was impeccable and each member of staff I dealt with showed the same work ethic to see the process through smoothly! Thankyou very much ladies!!!😚

Appalling service from Moores, stay as far away from them as possible. Incredibly shady business practices and are now going out of their way to make it difficult to sell my flat. I was trying to sell my flat with them tenanted, however on a number of occasions they took non-buy to let investors round and even went as far as telling my tenants they could be removed at 2 months notice and they don't have a choice in the matter without any sort of prior discussion with myself. Often late for viewings if they showed up at all and in some cases, cancelled viewings without informing my tenants. Having now moved my property to another estate agent, Moores have now placed a "Sold STC" sign outside my property despite the fact it was never sold and are refusing to remove the property from Rightmove which is causing confusion for potential buyers. I have reported them to the ombudsman who I hope will take action.

Well I can only rate on my personal experience. Went to Moores to help sell our home: * full of the joys of spring on initial contact "I can sell your house by tomorrow" * over the course of about six weeks they sent a grand total of zero viewers (when others were sending a steady stream). * their only real suggestion was "we need to get to the top of Rightmove again by reducing the price". Funny how estate agents play down Rightmove at the front end when they know that we could list online independently for a few hundred pounds, yet when they can't generate any viewings it is all down to Rightmove!
