I got a salad and non alcohol beer and cocktail was lovely. Kids got burgers n chips. OK food was bit dearer than I expected but nice enough. Staff are lovely very helpful and cheery. Quick service seated right away. Will be back. Vegetarian options: Salad haloumy cheese.
I have had better experiences. Matradee didnt wear a mask . Food was nice but the paper at the bottom of the chicken platter is not a good idea. I had to keep picking bits of paper out my mouth as it stuck to the chicked and coleslaw . It rather spolied the experience
Food cooked well and tasted good. Service was good. Atmosphere was a bit dull, maybe just because it was Sunday evening. Was a little cool, but I can understand they have to watch the heating bill.Food: 4/5
The food at the Newhouse is always outstanding. I've never had a bad meal and regularly try something new. The service is great most of the time. However, sometimes it can be really slow. Especially if the place is busy. The decor is nice and the staff are always really friendly.Food: 5/5
Food was passable, coleslaw missing off plate, I had smothered chicken and it had the smallest amount of bbq sauce and cheese on it, my daughters dirty roast potatoes was missing the turkey, and gammon steak was very poor quality and tough, no where near usual standard for beefeater staff very disinterested and no atmosphere in place at all, didn't bother with desert as just wanted to leave! Feel like wasted £60 and wishing we had driven down the road to the next beefeater as its much nicer
Stopped by to get a bit of breakfast at 11am but was told they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Then I said it’s ok I’ll just take some lunch then, But got told again the lunch menu was not available until 11:30 and I couldn’t order food. Is this place even a restaurant? Pretty blunt conversation for what it was and I also had to wait for a couple of minutes before seeing anyone when I first went in. Felt like I was an inconvenience left a poor impression. won’t be back

Food was hit and miss, starters and adult mains fantastic, apart from the nachos... Not enough cheese and don't know what was going on with the salsa... Also needs bigger dip pots for more sour cream. Childs turkey dinner was disappointing, gravy too rich for a 9 Yr old and the rest of the meal was bland and tasteless... Best thing on there was the peas ‍ Puddings... Fab, service... Fab. I think with most brand places it depends on what you order and what you are used to at home. Which sometimes negates going out ‍‍‍
I hated. From the begining to the end. Unfortunately wasn't pleasant my time here. Staff used to be very nice and the food great but wasn't this time. I felt so sad and stressed that i payed a lot for a meal and after i went to Macdonald's to finish my day. What a shame.....
Prawn cocktail was amazing, fresh and plenty of prawns. Steak cooked to perfection. Def will be back
