We visited the Kingsbridge Office this morning 13th January 2018 and discussed with Rebecca our ideas for a holiday in Madeira.

She was very helpful and gave us a brochure to look through.
We decided on a holiday and hotel and rang Kingsbridge Office to discuss. The telephone menu routed the call to their Falmouth Office where our name and telephone number was taken  and we were told we would be called back.
We have waited and had no call back and the office is now closed.
We will now book direct with the hotel and airline.
It is a shame as what started as an
enjoyable experience has turned out to be a complete waste of time and very disappointing.
