My agent was Natalie at Tavistock office. She spent a lot of time looking for a holiday for me which had to be on certain days and place in Tenerife. I misplaced my passport and my friend's booked a holiday without me.I found it but their hotel was fully booked. Natalie found me an alternative hotel near by at a really good price. I'm so happy to be going on holiday. Thank you Natalie.
Newell's Travel Agent could not have been more helpful. Natalie guided us through our booking for our holiday of a lifetime to The Gambia which included three destinations with a safari visit to Senegal also. We will talk about this holiday forever! Currently looking at brochures so we'll definitely be visiting Newell's and Natalie again for our next 'prize'. All of the team are extremely friendly and helpful. Jane & Russ C
Alison organised our week in Madeira very efficiently and in a friendly manner. It was all very quick and easy. Far more relaxing than trying to do it all ourselves online.Highly recommend Newells.
Every part of my recent trip to Australia was organised by Newells, the door-to-door transport to and from Heathrow, the Airport Hotel booking and the return flights. Everything was perfectly arranged, with no problems. I shall certainly use this travel company again.
Professional and person centred approach to finding the holiday we were looking for. Prompt reply to emails, even when I had a minor question while away. All in all, a truly great service by the Tavistock team enabling us to have a relaxing holiday.

I have been using Newell's travel Tavistock branch for the last 15 years. In my experience all of the staff have been very helpful and work to a very high standard, but the is one particular staff member who deserves special mention, Sharon. She has arranged all of our holidays and has provided excellent service, going the second or even the third mile to make certain everything works very smoothly for us. On several occasions we had a special request and Sharon always dealt with these perfectly and with a ready smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I have watched her working with other customers and her service for them has always been to the same high standard. Although I know that she has had significant stress and worry in her personal life this has never been allowed to interfere with her work or lower her standards. I have heard other customers express similar thoughts. Newell' s are extremely fortunate to have her and I hope this is appreciated by the company.

I have used Jewell’s travel for years now I have never had a problem with nothing I would not use no one else they are independent so not tide to one company
Emailed with a genuine enquiry for the British Grand Prix, five day's later and still no response from them, not very impressed, so have now search elsewhere, shame really cause I like to try and support the town businesses.
