Couldn't be happier with the service I have received from this garage I was updated throughout the duration of repair and offered numerous dates and times for delivery/collection to work around myself and family. The work carried out on vehicle is 5 stars I would be very happy to recommend this garage and will return in the future if more work is required. Lynn on reception was very informative and friendly as were the other staff members I have met.

What a disaster! I wish I could give this place negative stars. After a coach crashed into me about 3 months ago and the insurance company sent my car here for repair it was a complete nightmare to deal with these people. The two girls on reception (Rachel and Lynn) are totally incompetent liars. I would phone up and constantly be fed conflicting information. I was told that I could collect the car because it was ready on 3 separate occasions separated by 5 weeks. After the third time it was cancelled I went anyway only to find that they hadn't even ordered some of the parts and that no work had taken place. They also said they would call me back on numerous occasions but often didn't bother. I had to withhold the money in the end to get them to give me the proper paperwork. Absolute shambles!

Great garage. Lynn on the front reception is superb. Highly recommend using this helpful garage. Car back like new.

Just received my car back from New Platt Motors - I'm really happy with the repairs. I was slightly apprehensive due to some of the reviews left but my experience was good.
