I've been using this car wash for over a year now and they always do a great job, you're ushered through from station to station and it's great value for the service that you get! I just hope the staff are all paid fairly for their work.
Arrived at opening si in and out in 5mins!! Always wash the car well, dried and wiped down. A great team of workers, very efficient. Good value for money
Took my car here for a full valet was told it would be about 3 hours and cost £100! Which I thought was very pricey but then my car was very dirty I sat in the waiting room when 25 mins later I was told my car was ready to go when I looked at the car it was indeed spotless but not £100 worth clean so I said I’m not paying £100 for a service which is advertised at £60 for a small car which I drive a fiesta so not a big car so I had to argue with them when they finally agreed £60 but they saw I was a young lad and tried to take advantage there £6 hand car wash is great value and my car always looked great but I refused to be had off. They were extremely rude and when he thought I was paying £100 I saw his boss laughing so I knew then I was had off. Very scummy people here and it’s nothing to do with race they just want money and overcharge. Don’t use them for valet go else where! And just to add to the inconvenience they thrown away my apple aux adapters worth £10 each it was literally plugged into the car. Absolute awful service and I doubt they even did the full job. Crumbs still between the seats for £100 id expect seats to be taken out complete car make over whereas just looks like a basic low level valet.Services: Polishing

Recommended to me but unimpressed. Sprayed foam and rinsed off. No hand washing. Six of then wiped car before leaving. Was meant to be polished and had to do it when I got home. Wheel shine not applied but paid for. Not for me - Wincham car wash is much better and staff are very pleasant there too.
