It's a nice station. Has a small cafe, although it's unknown when they're open.
Sadly, they only got one staff at the desk, and he finishes before 6 - which is a problem for those who are taking the train late in the evening.
And last week, when there was a delay, there was no staff member to provide help for those who were waiting all night.
There's parking too, but not sure of it's free or not.
But on the plus side, there's a taxi service right next to the station. As well as a vending machine with sweets and snacks. Shame no vending machine with drinks.

Told to check in 2 hours before my flight to Peru (11am) waited for several hours and the plane never arrived so threw my scarf in the bin and returned home, never use south west planes again. Shocking

Nice tidy station with helpful staff and very reasonable car parking charges.

Good station with decent facilities. Heard the cafe is quite good.

It got a coat of paint recently. Friendly staff and a new little sandwich shop that does a good egg sandwich.
