Food not as good as when they first started, good at the beginning but tends to be a bit greasy of late.  They charge you for a bag with out asking ,I normally have one in my pocket .  So this would have gone a long way for me in stead of just charging i would have liked to be asked. I know that it only five pence but over the year this soon adds up.

my family and I have been to the new merlin a few times and its really good, the take away we got this evening was not at the same standards as it normally is, the food was that greasy that the lid of the foil container was soaking, it was only crispy seaweed. its never been like that before and it put me off my dinner.
