I love Sumo, it might be my favourite thing about Falkirk. Sumo’s Ramen is the heartiest, most loving meal you might eat. Whether you have a busy day getting everything done, and want to refuel with a book and some Japanese food or it’s date night, catching up with a friend or picking up some take away food that will turn a bad day into a good one: Sumo is pretty much the only answer in Falkirk. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit.

My wife and I meet regularly here for lunch and have never been disappointed. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food is excellent, this is not a cosy date restaurant but in true Japanese style it is slick and we return again and again.

The staff do not seem to be aware about cross contamination for allergies. They don't seem to be knowledgeable about the ingredients they used either. They brought things that contain gluten and when I made them aware of it, they changed it but what if the customer just trust them and ate the food they were not supposed to be consuming?
