1 star review, should be minus. 3 disabled parking on ground floor. The other side all coned off. Taking my disabled 80 year old mother out to the theatre and can't park without a getting a fine. Yes we are blue badge holders. 15 plus people waiting for the lift and 20 plus waiting to pay for the ticket machine. What do you do? The council just issue a fine. I hope your proud. This is absolutely disgusting!!!
To be honest, it's just a carpark and it's not as if there's a lot to review. Access is easy with a wide entrance, so your alloys will be happy. It's covered - unlike the car park across the road. Easy to navigate your way around. It was clean...nnYou park and go about your business. You pay on return and when you exit the barrier rises without the need to push a button or use your ticket.nnIt's not cheap - £6.50 for 3-4 hours. I used it for the first time and found it more convenient than Linenhall Car Park, although that one is a little cheaper.nnPayment was easy and fuss-free, but then it would be, wouldn't it? They are unlikely to make getting your money out of you a difficult experience.nnI'd be happy to use it again, but as I said, it's just a car park.It does what it says.
Would be a minus if they had it!!! Absolutely shocking car park!! Parked in the disabled and displayed the badge clearly, but got a fine because the disabled bay was for blue badge and electric cars only!! No sign explaining this only the blue badge standard sign and blue badge standard sign on the floor!! If you have a blue badge avoid this car park like the plague !!!!!!!
Charged an extra £3.50 to leave the car park after already paying £5 for the alloted time we were there. The reason apparently is because we took 2 minutes longer leaving the car park than we're allowed. We exceeded the 10 minutes grace we are all given to leave. Shocking. No discretion, rude car park attendant. No wonder Chester is struggling. Ridiculous parking costs and then stupid charges on top!
Neat , spacious car park..nLevels are colour coded and remember to leave with your ticket so you can get back in.nExits into the Chester Market and City centre.nGood access to the restaurants.nGreat if you are a barclays bank customer.nAbit pricey - 3.50 for 1 hour
