Some real bargains in the sale and some really nice non sale clothes.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Ordered item in store and was told there order system said they needed to call to confirm the order. They failed to call for 2 days and my order cancelled itself! The store manager told them to not call one day and the second day they had a visit so couldn’t. Absolutely ridiculous as it was a new blouse to wear for a new job and now I’ll have nothing to wear for it. Livid.

where I live we are a little short on ladies cloths shops, I wanted some black trousers but not with a 6inch bottom, so I did not anything, but the store looked very clean and had some lovely Christmas tops.
My girls love it and the choices plus prices are quit good. So if their happy I'm happy and it's cheaper so my wallets jumping for joy too!
Burst water main in the town today, however every single other shop opened, my son still had his orthodontist appointment.. new look was the only shop that stayed shut. I had an order to collect and won’t be able to get it until the weekend now, and I’ll have to pay car parking again. Disappointing.
Haven't been for years... nicely surprised. Lovely stuff. Got new undies and very happy with them
Always a good visit, the team are absolutely lovely.
Saw a jumper online and jeans .not in the store felt disappointed.
