Very glad they provided a little seat in store whilst my wife and daughters deliberated about what to buy. They all came away with some new clothes and I had chance to test my will to live. Still seemed good value for the gear purchased.

The staff at the Prestatyn branch where so helpful to me ,I wanted a particular pair of leather look leggings, but they didn't have my size, they checked every time an order came in over 2 weeks,unfortunately I had to settle for a different style in the end , but all the staff where so helpful, a big thank you all .

Good range of shoes and sizes, helpful staff and shop not crowded so not stressful

Stayed for a night and loved it. We were made most welcome.  Very clean and newly decorated.  Loved it so much we've booked again.

Rubbish the women who served me who had blonde hair and looked quite young didn't take my security tag of and I didn't realise till I got home in scotland.She was to bizzy asking me why Scottish money is 2 different colours and that she was jealous of my jeans.

Found staff to be very helpful...the store always looks well presented...staff are always restocking & moving stock around always busy not standing around chatting like some shops you go to...nothings to much trouble for them if ask for help

Lovely bright store, friendly staff, good quality products at reasonable prices. Have shopped here before, will come again when in the area.

Great for the younger ones but you can also buy clothes for the more mature ones it's wheelchair accessible and the staff are ok the prices are fair to.

I'm so glad New look is open again as my daughter has wanted a tracksuit from there since the beginning of lockdown

The staff were so helpful and friendly. There was a fab range of clothes and shoes in stock .
