Terrible customer service, 2 occasions tried to return an electrical item Amazon Kindle & Apple Headphones in the original packaging within 30 days and they said they could not resell it??? Despite head office online chat saying we could return them to a store. I will never purchase an electrical item from Argos again.

Came in to buy a watch for my 9 year old son. Served promptly, offered insurance the benefits of which were explained to me. Quick transaction and away. Good service.

I had a problem with a purchase I made but had lost the receipt. I was helped by the duty manager Dionne. She was very helpful and sorted out my issues. She obtained a direct replacement and phoned me when it arrived. She was very professional at all times. Thank you.
