Newlook has a great selection of women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. It's situated in the pedestrianised shopping area of Burnley. Easy pay parking everywhere and limited free parking available.
3 daughters got vouchers for Christmas so took them all to spend them. The shop was clean but a little untidy. Could be better organised. Good range of items for sale. Only 1 lady on checkout and we had to wait quite a while for another lady to come and serve us. She missed an item that was in the basket and didn't seem to know what she was doing with the vouchers.
Tried returning a phone case that I bought in store. At first they told me that I bought it online and I couldn’t return them in store. Then they tried saying I had a discount on them so couldn’t return it. Their final excuse was that the packaging was “too damaged” just overall passive aggressive and beyond rude workers.
Staff are very helpful. Not much selection in terms of clothing/shoes. I tend to order online and collect in store.
Staff are lovely....The shop could do with a face lift though....Great outfit for a great price!!!
I always find something stylish at New Look they have new items coming in all the time and always have a sale on with great reductions. The staff are polite, friendly and will order anything for you online to be delivered to your home address. It's a great shop and not too expensive and there are clothes to suit all age groups.
Good selection of clothing, the only two downsides are that they do not stock enough sizes. I am a 30/30 and everytime I pop in on the off-chance my sizes are never in. I'm an impulse shopper. The second negative is miserable unhelpful staff. Rather depressing when you want some retail therapy to cheer you up. Makes you want to shop online.
This store looks a bit empty at the back? Like it's having a going out of business sale. Their clothing range is fine, however this store does not carry any of their Curves Plus size range which is a bummer. Nice selection of their make up and homewear.
I think it is terrible that when you take something back just, because it was in the sale you can't have a credit note. You have to exchange even when there is nothing you can find. I just wanted a credit note to shop another time.
I only go in here when my partner drags me in sorry new look but they seem to have a good range of clothing and obviously ALWAYS finds something to buy! :
