Under Jeremy's guidance I became much fitter and healthier than I had been in a long time. I gained a much better idea of how to maintain and reach long term goals. It was intensive training in a friendly environment. I would recommend New Life Fitness Ltd to anyone who wanted to take control of their fitness and health in a long term and sustainable fashion.

This is the best thing I have ever undertaken to boost my fitness physically and mentally. Clients are encouraged to discuss and reach their goals. My experience with New life fitness has completely changed how I look at health and exercise. Jeremy and Keiran's knowledge is second to none and the detail to training and nutrition is first class with training and plans suited to your individual needs. Highly recommended

Left frustrated and disappointed... didn't actually deliver it's side of the contract, totally deflated and feeling ripped off!! Waste of my money... although accept I was offered free additional membership as compensation it was a little too late - I wasn't motivated to use it... it suits some people but please look closely and what you are actually signing up too.
