If I could leave no stars I would,  very dodgy place and am surprised they have not killed somebody yet. Wife took car in for full service (inc Oil Change) and brake pads changing.  they gave us receipt for service and stamped book but refused to give us receipt for brakes saying they had done it at a "cash price!!" 
Was a bit peeved about not having records for service history but brakes seemed okay so left it at that,  1500 miles later 'change oil'  warning comes on display,  bit confused by this we took it to national to get changed and they claimed it hadn't been changed for a very long time! then the other day (a couple hundred miles later) we here a tapping noise coming from front passenger side wheel,  and upon inspection we found to our horror that the bottom brake caliper bolt was missing and the noise was the brake caliper rocking and working the top bolt loose. these kind of bolts don't just work loose on their own, they are supposed to be threadlocked and tightened to a specific torque so it is my conclusion that they forgot to put the bolt in or did not tighten it properly which obviously could have caused a major accident if the caliper would have come off completely whilst driving.
Companies like this is why independent garages have such a bad name and I for one will only be using known reputable places in the future
