New Kwang Hao

The Food firstly is amazing. Great friendly helpful service. We always from here. Only down point is they don’t open on a Monday, as their food is fantastic. We ordered from Cantonese Express last Monday and we will not be ordering again! They did refund us when they collected the food we didn’t eat at all, but we were starving when we ordered and then ended up cooking ourselves. Kwang Haos’ food is absolutely beautiful and with amazing service there will be no disappointment Vegetarian options: Great Options and Cooked to Order Fantastic

The renovation/decor is an improvement the food was ok my kroma was more tomato than creamy,my partner reacted to the large bowl of white rice.

Tasty food but subsequently got bad food poisoning. Food came too quick which led me to believe it was reheated and not fresh

Not bad enough that the food was delivered cold and there was a big bone in the shredded duck, but then had a 4.5 minute argument on the phone with the rude 'lady' who takes the orders, while she worked out how much of the food she was prepared to refund. It's not rocket science. Why would we want a credit? You think we would want to use you again?

Chips are not always fresh unless you ask , foods usually really good though.

We've ordered delivery a few times now from the New Kwang Hao and it has yet to disappoint. The chicken cashew is particularly nice but all the meals have been delicious with lots of vegetables/sauce. The deliveries have also always been within the hour despite ordering on Fridays.

Best chinese I’ve ever had in Birmingham. Food is always hot and tasty and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Been using now for over a year and it’s remained consistently excellent. Delivery does take a while but I think it’s because the driver does each meal individually rather than having a few sitting in the car. It means it takes longer but the food is always hot. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.

Took over an hour for the food to arrive...collection I was told 10mins but couldn't drive there, when calling kept on being told 5mins but waited 30mins from the first call. Food was cold dry and didn't taste as good.

Honestly the best Chinese Food in Birmingham. My partner and his family are Chinese takeaway fanatics and have loved everything we've ever ordered from here - apparently the Chinese Chicken Curry is the best they've ever had. As a vegetarian, there are so many options, particularly Tofu and Quorn options. The tofu is always well marinated, all portions are a really good size and I cant rave about the chips enough! I have a shellfish allergy which they are also more than accommodating of, happily confirming which sauces I am okay to eat fortunately most!. As I think another review has said, delivery can take a while sometimes, but the food always comes piping hot, as opposed to many places where you can tell the food has been sat in a car for a while. We have been using this restaurant for years through Just Eat and when they left the site due to cost pressures they sent handwritten notes to all their customers, explaining and inviting people to order over the phone. Worth noting - they can still take both cards and cash. 100% recommend New Kwang Hao to meat-eaters and vegetarians alike.

Used to be okay. Ordered Squid with ginger and spring onions, receiverd crispy fried squid just tossed into green peppers and black bean sauce. Also ordered beef in black bean sauce, but they sent beef black pepper sauce. The lamb curry had gristle and bone in it. This used to be a nice take away, but we won't be ordering again and have put menu in recycling. There are better places than this now.
