Its been 2 hours since I've ordered from uber eats, no answer when calling them on the phone. Would not recommend
I ordered on uber eats. Said it would arrive 45 minutes later, 45 minutes later the arrival time got pushed back by an hour, an hour passed. Heard nothing. Tried calling many times, no one answers. My food never arrived, awful service - utterly useless really.
Absolute waste of time. They will accept an order then fail to deliver. No cost incurred but a lot of wasted time and inconvenience. Do yourself a favour and book from another supplier
Awful restaurant, my food is over an hour late and they leave the line busy so they don't have to answer the phone! I can't cancel my order because of it, very unprofessional.
Food took an hour and a half longer than it should have done to be delivered. We were told that the delivery guy would come back with a refund or adjust it on Uber eats but they did not. Tried to call them but could not get through. Shocking service. Do not order from here.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE PATHETIC AT RUNNING A BUSINESS. 45 minutes later and my food still was not sent out absolute trash!
Food arrived 2 hours after order was placed. There were items missing, food was cold, tasteless and inedible. Tried to contact the restaurant but phone was left to ring and never answered.
Say they have delivered when they haven't and never answer phone but take your money!
