Absolutely discussing customer service over the phone. I tried to book a hair cut for my girlfriend who has been a customer before. The person on the other side of the phone answered saying "what!" I tried to say that I'd like to book an appointment and was cut off with " you'll have to call back next week!" I then started to talk again and the phone was slammed down on me mid conversation. The tone of the person was rude, aggressive and just down right horrible! I'm 31 years old and have never been spoken to in such a discussing manner. Avoid this business!
