The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mandy Haywood in particular went out of her way to put on a Rounders fundraiser to support the charity Parkinson's UK. As well as a quiz night at the Squirrel Pub nearby. Thank you Alison
Hagley Place has kindly allowed us to host our Women's Health Hub at the home: this is a support group for women: including staff and residents if they so wish. We have received a friendly welcolme and the home provides a warm and cosy space to learn, chat and laugh. Staff have been great and all very lovely.
Choosing a care home for your loved ones is one of the most difficult decisions you will ever have to make. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that Hagley Place is the right choice.nAll the staff go above and beyond to ensure that residents in their care feel safe, happy, heard and well cared for. That same care and support is given to the relatives too. The open door policy means you can visit whenever you want to and you really do become part of the Hagley Place family.nIn my experience, with several family members, moving to Hagley Place gives people a new lease of life. Knowing there is always someone there to help you, talk to you, listen to you, motivate you, frees you up to just enjoy living.nI can not thank everyone at Hagley Place enough.
My Dad loves this place and is probably the happiest I've seen him in years. From the get go, the staff have taken the time and care to understand his needs and wants. They are clearly taking the time and effort to do everything they can to make him feel at home, and he does.nnThat care and attention has always been extended to me, and other friends and family members that visit.nnHaving no experience of care homes other than the horror stories you see on TV, Hagley Place has truly opened my eyes to what a good care home can be.nnThanks to all the staff, you're doing an amazing job!
We care for my husband's mother full time as she lives with us and were pleased to find Hagley Place 20 minutes from our home. She has just had her third stay there and absolutely loves it. The accommodation is excellent and all of the staff are very caring, thoughtful and attentive.nnThe food is first class and all of the communal areas are well presented and comfortable. They hold daily activity sessions and have visiting hairdressers and chiropodists at very reasonable prices.nnThe staff are genuinely affectionate with her and have really brought her out of her shell. She really looks forward to going and calls it her hotel!nnHighly recommended.
