Broken a piece within the engine during a standard service on my 2014 reg car, didn't have the decency to call to let me know what had happened in advanced of me walking to the garage at the agreed collection time. I was told I couldn't drive it away, and was given very little information as to why, or any concern for how I was going to get home etc. The car was fixed the next day, and service and tires were complete. Only for full engine failure warning lights to come on the following day due to the computer not being reset, however this meant I couldn't drive the car for the weekend in case it was something serious, again, no apology. And finally, after having to clean all the lubrication off the newly fited tires myself I found the tracking was so far off It can take a left hand turn by its self!!!! Didn't bother taking it back again, ATS Newmarket fixed that issue with a smile for me!!
